Our Story

Founded in Cebu City, 2022

The Smart Spot opened in 2022 after our founders spent years watching Cebu's growing freelance and startup community bounce between noisy coffee shops and overpriced serviced offices. The gap was obvious: a professional, affordable workspace with no lock-in contracts, no day-pass minimums, and no curfew.

What started as a 20-desk space on Sanciangko St. has grown into a 50+ workstation community of over 500 active members — from BPO freelancers and digital nomads to student entrepreneurs and remote teams. Every decision since day one has been guided by one question: “Would our members actually want this?”
