Yes. The Smart Spot is open every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays. You can check in at any time and stay for up to 24 hours on a day pass.
No reservation is required for hot desks and day passes — just walk in, check in, and pick a desk. For meeting rooms and private offices, we recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability.
Absolutely. Many of our members are developers, freelancers, and digital nomads who work on unconventional schedules. The space is staffed and accessible at all hours.
A regular day pass is ₱300 and includes up to 24 hours of access. Students with a valid ID can access the space for ₱200/day. Both plans include all amenities — WiFi, coffee, lockers, and more.
If you only need the space for a few hours, you can pay by the hour. Rates range from ₱50/hr for window desks to ₱150/hr for semi-private desks. You check in, pick a desk type, and pay for the time you use.
Yes. If you started on an hourly rate and want to extend to a full day, just speak to the front desk. The amount already paid for hourly use is deducted from the ₱300 day pass price.
We currently offer day passes and hourly rates. For teams or individuals who need a longer-term arrangement, private office plans are available with custom pricing. Reach out via WhatsApp to discuss your needs.
Cash is accepted at the front desk. For advance bookings and meeting room reservations, digital payment options are also available through the booking system.
Yes. We run enterprise-grade 5G WiFi with no throttling and no daily data caps. It handles video calls, cloud uploads, and heavy development work without issues.
Yes — coffee is included in every day pass and hourly session. No extra charge.
Personal lockers are available for use during your session. Overnight storage is available — ask at the front desk for options.
Yes. Laser printers and flatbed scanners are available to all members. Print and scan at no extra cost during your session.
Any currently enrolled student with a valid school or university ID can access the space at ₱200/day. The ID must be presented at check-in each time.
Yes. The Smart Spot is designed to be both energizing and focused. Certain areas are quieter for deep study, while others are more collaborative. You can move around to find the environment that works for you.
Absolutely. Groups are welcome — each person pays their own entry fee. For group study sessions or presentations, the meeting room (₱800/hr) can be booked for up to 6 people.

MR-001 seats up to 6 people and includes a HD projector, whiteboard, air conditioning, and free WiFi. The rate is ₱800/hour.
The minimum booking is 1 hour. You can book for multiple consecutive hours at the same rate.
We are located at Sanciangko St. corner Pelaez Street, Cebu City 6000, Philippines. We are centrally located and accessible from IT Park, Ayala, Mango Avenue, and Fuente Osmena.
Yes. Dedicated parking spots are available for members. Car parking is included as part of the amenities — no extra charge.
